Located between Porta Maggiore and Porta San Vitale, we are a 10-minute walk from the city center and 20 meters from the entrance to the Sant'Orsola - Malpighi Polyclinic.
The apartments, recently renovated, are equipped with all the comforts that will make your stay in our beautiful city pleasant and relaxing: air conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, bathroom courtesy kit, welcome pack, and safe. Sara and Francesco will take care of your check-in and will be at your disposal to offer advice and assistance during your stay.
Viale Ercolani is part of the ring roads that surround the city center. Our apartments are located in a historic building set on what remains of the city walls; just a few steps from us, Porta San Vitale will allow you to easily reach the Two Towers and Piazza Maggiore on foot. For those who need to travel further, there are several bus stops just a few steps from us. The Fiera district is about 3 km away and can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
